As sam citadel of learning, de Library dey provide student populace, Lecturers den research Scholars free den timely access give de most current information den publications for various subject disciplines/field of study insyd.
In order say ego achieve ein vision, de Library develop strategies den articulate collection development policy wey dey ensure balanced collection development programmes. Therefore de collection development committee wey dem dey present all academic programmes, dey ensure say de users go participate actively for collection development insyd. As Library get representative Librarian for all Board of Studies of de Faculties top say ego ensure say de Library get firsthand knowledge of curriculum changes in order say ego develop collection wey be responsive den relatable give de needs of all academic programmes of de University.[1]
As supportive unit, ATBU library introduce GNS 201 Information Science. Dis course be recommended give all students wey dey second year wey de library academic staff dey teach. De main objective be say ego enable dem locate materials give dema study den equip de students plus de ability say ego manipulate library resources for whatever needed usage.
De library already get internet wey dem sana network am plus ein software (wey dem dey bell am Adlib) for ein day to day operation. De digital centre get 25 computers available give de users den ein dual purpose. De library get access plus internet service wey esana be gateway give oda databases across de globe. Apart from subscription, free access sana dey give designated websites. Access sana dey give sam good number of resources such as HINARI, AGTORA den ESBCO HOST among odas.[1]

editDe library get librarian office, Technical services plus de reader's service division wey be de largest. E-library dey within de main library, oda courses den programmes sana get dema library within de premises of de institution.[3][4][5]
De Administration get University Librarian ein Office, de Secretary den Administrative Officers as well as service staff. De Collection Development Division dey consist of Acquisition, Cataloguing, Classification den Indexing as well as de Serial Sections. Readers’ Services Division for de oda hand be de largest plus Circulation, Reference, Photocopy, Reserve den Documents Sections. Wey de Technical Service Division be responsible give reprography, binding den maintenance of de library materials.
