Entrepreneurship Development Center (ASTU-EDC)
editASTU-EDC, anaa de Entrepreneurship Development Center of Adama Science and Technology University, be center wey dey support entrepreneurship den innovation insyd Ethiopia. E dey offer business incubation den technology transfer services to students, innovators, den small den medium enterprises (SMEs) insyd various fields of science den technology. De Center ein mission be make e foster culture of entrepreneurship insyd de university den de community den help create den grow businesses wey fi address de social den economic challenges of de country. Na dem establish ASTU-EDC insyd 2012 as part of de Ethiopian Entrepreneurship Development Program, national initiative fund by de Ministry of Education den de United Nations Development Program (UNDP). Since then, ASTU-EDC serve more dan 3,000 individuals thru ein training den incubation programs. E help helped four teams win de National Business Competitions: Halib Toothpaste, Green Ethiopia, BamGo, den SOZO Team. Na de center be led by Mr. Solomon Dufera Tolcha,[2] de former Adama University.
