De first time dem propose dis agenda be when dem dey do de 21st Ordinary Assembly on 26th May, 2013,[3] dat be after 50 years wey dem create de Organisation of African Unity, say ebe plan for de 50 years wey go come. de goals dem state give de agenda bunch wey dem be economic development (wey poverty eradication for one generation dey insyd), political integration (dem go create federal or Confederate United Africa), dem go improve democracy den justice, establish security den peace for de continent top, dem go strengthen cultural identity through "African renaissance" den pan-African ideals, gender equality, den political independence from foreign powers.[4]
