For 1983 insyd, he sanso get ein A-level for Wenchi Secondary School. He go get Bachelor of Arts (BA) Classics den Law from de University of Ghana for 1987 insyd, Barrister of Law (BL) from de Ghana School of Law for 1989 insyd den Executive master's degree in Governance den Leadership from de Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) for 2007 insyd.[4][5]

He start ein career for Yaw Barimah & Co dema chambers insyd wey later he join George Sarpong Legal Services wey he later come rise turn Assistant Head of Chambers. He later come turn chief executive officer (CEO) for de Driver den Vehicle Licensing Authority (DVLA) wey be political appointment he get during John Agyekum Kufour ein tenure.[6]
