Sinare make ein acting debut for de stage production Theatre Mirrors, den come begin ein film career for 1993 insyd for Out of Sight.[1] She cam turn "immensely popular" for Ghana after she play lead role for Babina, a religiously-themed horror film.[2] She appear for over fifty films insyd,[3] wey dey include 4ever Young,[4] The Five Brides,[5] den The New Sun.[6] Ein role for de 2010 film Trinity earn am Zulu African Film Academy Awards nomination for Best Supporting Actress[7] as well as Best Supporting Actress nomination for de Ghana Movie Awards.[8] She get nomination for Ghana Movie Awards for Best Supporting Actress for ein role for de 2013 film 3 Some, dat be de second time dem nominate am.[9] For 2017, she play lead role for de film Sala, and she win Golden Actress award for Drama category for Golden Movie Awards.[10]
