She compete insyd 4 Paralympic games den 5 world championships. Na ein debut as Paralympian be insyd 2006 den since she compete insyd de 2010, 2014, den de 2018 games. She win total of 7 Paralympic medals (2 gold, 2 silver, den 3 bronze) den 7 world championship medals (1 gold, 3 silver, 3 bronze).[4] Na dem name Stephens de Paralympic Sportswoman of de Year insyd 2006 by de United States Olympic Committee.
