editNa Amematekpor be lecturer for Ho Polytechnic from 1979 dey go 1992. For 1984 insyd, she receive exam from de University of Education Winneba. from 1992 dey go 2001. She san Chair for Ho Polytechnic. For 2003 insyd, Amematekpor acquire degree for business management insyd; for 2004 insyd, she receive Master of Business Administration from Universität Maastricht.
From 30 July 2002 dey go 13 February 2006, na she be Ghana High Commissioner give Windhoek, Namibia, plus Commission for Gaborone, Botswana. From 13 February 2006 dey go 2009 insyd, na she be ambassador give Copenhagen, Denmark, wey at de same time dem accredit am for de four Nordic countries of Sweden, Norway, Finland den Iceland.[5]
