Mercy Tagoe (Tagoe-Quarcoo after marriage, born 5 February 1974) be Ghanaian football coach den former player wey play as defender give de Ghana women's national football team. Na she be part of de team for de 1999 FIFA Women's World Cup insyd de United States. For club level top she play give Bluna Ladies insyd Ghana.[1]

Insyd February 2018, she lead de Black Queens make dem win de maiden edition to de West Africa Football Union (WAFU) insyd Abidjan, Côte d'Ivoire as interim coach. Wey make am de first female coach wey serve as interim coach to de Black Queens.

Prior to make she pick up coaching role na Mercy Tagoe be referee insyd de Ghana Premier League.

She pick up refereeing insyd 1995. She make history as de first Ghanaian female referee wey officiate for de FIFA Women's World Cup insyd 2007 dem hold insyd China. For 2012 insyd she quit as Referee secof chaw violence for de games insyd.[2]

Managing

Insyd 2016 na she dey manage de first level syd Amidaus Professionals, first give woman for Ghana insyd.[3] Na she dey lead de Ghana women's national team for interim basis top after Didi Dramani ein managing spell end.[4] Dem name as full head coach insyd 2019.[5]

She sanso coach Halifax Ladies insyd de Super League, buh quit for 2020 insyd, make she focus for de national team per.[6][7]
