editShe join Gold Coast Police Force for September 1st, 1952 insyd as na she be 22 years.[4] She be de first one wey dem enlist togeda plus 11 oda women wey dem make am leader.[5][6] For dat tym insyd, policewomen no dey allow say you go marry anaa get pregnant, if eno be so, dem go force say make you resign. Before she resign, she petition de government so make dem allow policewomen marry den get kiddie, den san bring back menners wey resign secof dis same issue. Dem accept de petition wey dem abolish de condition wey dey prevent women wey no dey fit serve for long tym for the force insyd, secof marriage den pregnancy.[7][8] She resign for May 16th, 1958 insyd. After she resign she teach for St. John's Grammar School from 1961 go 1964 as professional teacher secof de certification wey she get before she join Gold Coast Police Force. She join Ghana Broadcasting Corporation for 1965 insyd wey she head de School broadcasting programs for one year.[9] She retire from active service for 1999 insyd so say she go focus mainly for ein books she dey rep. She san translate words for ein book (Octagon) go foreign den local languages insyd.[10]
