editInsyd 2018 he stand for National Communications Officer during de National Democratic Congress dema national executive elections wey he win by beating ein only contender de den Deputy Communication Director of de Party Fred Agbenyo by 4,000 votes. He get 6,225 out of 9,000 votes cast wey ein contender Fred Agbenyo get 2,225 votes.[3][8] Dem san re-elect am insyd 2022 for another four years as a National Communications Officer for de National Democratic Congress.[9][10][11][12]

editInsyd July 2023, he allege say de New Patriotic Party try say dem go bribe James Gyakye Quayson from contesting during de Assin North Constituency by-election. He further talk say de ruling party threaten to jail Quayson after dey flop say he go step down.[13]
