Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa (born 11 August 1980) be de member of parliament give de North Tongu wey dey Volta region inside.[1][2][3] He serve as deputy minister under both John Atta Mills den John Dramani Mahama.[4][5]

For University of Leicester, he get ein Master of Arts for Communication Media den Public Relations. Project Management Practitioner - (PRINCE 2) inside.[6]
