De Sunyani Technical University (STU) (formally dem know am as Sunyani Polytechnic) be public tertiary institution insyd de Bono Region of Ghana.[1][2] Edey locate northeast of Asufufu.

Na dem establish STU as Technical Institute insyd 1967, as non-tertiary institution, under de Ghana Education Service. Na subsequently dem upgrade am to Polytechnic insyd 1997 by de Government of Ghana, make dem run Higher National Diploma (HND) programmes. De Polytechnics Act, 2007 mandate de Polytechnics insyd Ghana make dem run den award Higher National Diploma (HND) Certificates, Diplomas den oda higher degrees, subject to de approval of de Polytechnic Councils.[3]
