History

Na dem officially establish de University of Mauritius by de University of Mauritius Ordinance insyd December 1965,[1] wey dey incorporate de existing School of Agriculture.[2] Insyd 1971, de University of Mauritius Act further define de objectives, powers, functions den structure of de varsity.[3][4] For 24 March 1972, Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, accompany by His Royal Highness Prince Philip, Duke of Edinburgh, inaugurate de University of Mauritius.[3][5] Na de first chancellor of de varsity be Her Royal Highness de Princess Alexandra, de Honourable Lady Ogilvy.

Faculty of Agriculture

Faculty of Engineering
