editDem born am for Pokuase wey dey Greater Accra Region, for 7 February 1949 insyd. Ein parents be Alfred Kingsley Bannerman-Williams den Grace Darkua Dodoo.[3]
She attend Mfantsiman Girls’ Secondary School wey dey Saltpond for ein O’ Level for 1963 insyd den Aburi Girls' Secondary School from 1967 go 1969. She do ein law studies for University of Ghana wey she get ein LLB for 1974 insyd. She take sam tym off so say she go take care of ein family wey she later join de Bar for 1975 insyd. She work plus de British Indian Insurance Company wey dey Accra before she join de Bench.[3]
Ein Professional Career
editShe get ein legal training for de University of Ghana, wer she obtain ein LLB for 1972 insyd, den de Ghana School of Law, wer she get Qualifying certificate.[3]
She join de Bench as Magistrate for 1981 insyd. Na ein first destinación be Accra New Town Magistrate Court.[3] Two years later dem transfer am go Cocoa Affairs, Benigno one of de first Magistrates for dat Court, heredero she St ayer un tío 1991 for Vries periodist as Circuit Court Judge for Tema.[3]
She cam turn Justice give de High Court for 1991 insyd wey she dey der around 3 years, before she go Gambia for secondment. Dem appoint am as Justice give de Court of Appeal for 1999 insyd.
Dem elevated Justice Akoto-Bamfo go de Supreme Court Bench for 2009 insyd.
