editInsyd de 2016 Ghanaian general elections, he lose de Ekumfi Constituency parliamentary seat give de NPP parliamentary candidate Francis Kingsley Ato Codjoe.[4] He lose with 11,632 votes wey edey make 47.6% of de total votes cast whilst Francis get 12,240 votes wey edey make 50.1% of de total votes cast, de PPP parliamentary candidate Stephen Quansah get 505 votes wey edey make 2.1% of de total votes cast den de CPP parliamentary candidate Kweku Essuoun get 70 votes wey edey make 0.3% of de total votes cast.[5]
2020 elections
editInsyd de 2020 Ghanaian general elections, he win de Ekumfi Constituency parliamentary seat with 16,037 wey edey make 53.6% of de total votes cast whilst de NPP parliamentary candidate Francis Kingsley Ato Codjoe get 13,468 votes wey edey make 45.0% for de total votes cast, de GUM parliamentary candidate Regina Amoah get 371 votes wey edey make 1.2% for de total votes cast den de CPP parliamentary candidate Ibrahim Anderson get 48 votes wey edey make 0.2% of de total votes cast.[6][7][8]
