She get ein Masters for Business Administration den Master of Arts for Public Communication. Na ein academic major be Communication.[3]

Boon be expert for communication insyd wey she san be consultant by profession. She san be politician wey dey National Democratic Congress, political party wey dey Ghana.[3]

Alice enter parliament for National Democratic Congress (NDC) dema ticket top for Tuesday 8 June 1999 insyd as she win de by-election for 26 May 1999 insyd secof Luke Koo ein death, de then member of parliament give de Lambussie constituency.[4][5]

She subsequently win de seat for de December 2000 general election den de December 2004 general election insyd. She however lose ein seat give John Duoghr Baloroo wey be New Patriotic Party (NPP) member for de December 2008 general election insyd. For December 2012 general election insyd, dem replace plus Edward K. Dery wey consequently win de seat give de NDC.[6]

Dem elect Boon as de member of parliament for de Lambussie constituency wey dey Upper West region of Ghana for de 2000 Ghanaian general elections insyd. She represent de constituency for de 4th parliament of the 4th republic of Ghana insyd.[7]

Dem elect am plus 7,076 out of de total votes cast. Dis be equivalent to 60.80% of de total valid votes cast. Dem elect ova David Mwinfor Deribaa wey be independent candidate, Kabiri Nmin wey be National Reform Party member, Ampulling Nicholas wey be New Patriotic Party member den Bamie Mubashir Ahmed wey be United Ghana Movement Party member. Dese people obtain 2,472 votes, 1,272 votes, 441 votes, 375 votes den 0 votes respectively.[7]

Dese be equivalent to 60.80%, 21.20% , 10.90%, 3.80%, 3.20% den 0.00% respectively of de total valid votes cast. Dem elect Boon for National Democratic Congress dema ticket top. De National Democratic Congress win total of 7 parliamentary seats for Upper West Region for dat elections insyd.[7][8]

In all, de party win minority total of 89 parliamentary representation out of 200 seats for de 3rd parliament of de 4th republic of Ghana insyd.[8]

Dem elect Boon as de member of parliament give de Lambussie constituency for de 2004 Ghanaian general elections insyd. She represent de constituency for de 4th parliament of de 4th republic of Ghana insyd. Dem elect am plus 6,554 votes out of 12,480 total valid votes cast. Dis be equivalent to 52.5% of de total valid votes cast.[3][9][10]

Dem elect am ova Thomas F. Bitie-Ketting wey be People's National Convention member, Sebastian Koug Bamile wey be New Patriotic Party member den Abubakari Alhaji Yahaya wey be Convention People's Party member.[9][10]

Dese obtain 1,265 votes, 4,553 votes den 108 votes respectively of de total valid votes cast. Dese be equivalent to 10.1%, 36.5% den 0.9% respectively of de total valid votes cast. Dem elect Boon for National Democratic Congress dema ticket top.[9][10]

De National Democratic Congress obtain 7 parliamentary seats for dat election insyd for Upper West region of Ghana.[11]
