She get ein secondary education for St Roses Senior High School, Akwatia den Headington Girls School, Oxford, (United Kingdom). She further go University College of London, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology School of Medical Science den Queen Mary University of London make she study Biomedical Science, Medicine den Global Public Health respectively.[3][4]

editCaryn start ein medical practices insyd Komfo Anokye Teaching Hospital, Kumasi for 2015 insyd wey she move go 37 Military Hospital. She currently be de Resident Medical Officer of Claron Health International for Accra insyd.
Insyd 2011, she found Cerviva Ghana, non profit wey dey create awareness den dey educate young girlies on prevention of cervical cancer. She be de team doctor of de Ghana Black Queens.[2]
She join GhOne TV insyd August 2019 as host of "The Late Afternoon Show" make she replace Berla Mundi.[5]
