Elvis Morris Donkoh dem born am for 25 February 1983 wey he dey hail from Cape Coast insyd de Central Region for Ghana. Elvis Morris Donkoh obtain ein Diploma (Youth In Development Work) from de University of Ghana insyd de year 2008 den ein Post Graduate Diploma (Project and Quality Management) from Business University of Costa Rica insyd year 2016.[1][2][3]

Elvis Morris Donkoh come contest den he san win de 2016 NPP parliamentary primaries for Abura-Asebu-Kwamankese Constituency insyd de Central Region for Ghana.[4][5][6] Elvis Morris Donkoh proceed cam win de parliamentary seat for ein constituency (Abura-Asebu-Kwamankese Constituency) insyd de Central Region of Ghana during de 2016 Ghanaian general elections for de ticket for de New Patriotic Party wey join de Seventh (7th) Parliament for de Fourth Republic of Ghana plus 22,245 votes (50.7%) against Samuel K. Hayford for de National Democratic Congress who get 20,508 votes (46.7%), Clement Abaidoo for de Progressive People's Party (PPP - Ghana) who get 1,054 votes (2.4%) den Kwame Edu Ofori for de People's National Convention (PNC - Ghana) who san get 116 votes (0.3%).[7][8][9][10][11]

Elvis Morris Donkoh san contest den win de 2020 NPP parliamentary primaries for Abura-Asebu-Kwamankese Constituency insyd de Central Region of Ghana plus 475 votes against Kobina Nyanteh who get 220 votes.[12][13][14][15] Elvis Morris Donkoh san proceed go win insyd de 2020 Ghanaian general elections on de ticket for de New Patriotic Party to join de Eighth (8th) Parliament for de Fourth Republic of Ghana plus 25,048 votes (49.2%) as against Felix Ofosu Kwakye for de National Democratic Congress who get 24,872 votes (48.8%) den Francis Eghan for de Ghana Union Movement (GUM) who san get 1,001 votes (2.0%).[16][17][18][19][20][21][22][23][24]
