First nu, she serve as de Deputy Gender Minister wey she sanso be Assembly Member from 2002 come 2010 give de Lakoo Electoral Area for de La-Dadekotopon Constituency for de Greater Accra Region insyd.[4]

Freda start ein basic education for University Primary School, Kumasi wey she further plus ein Ordinary(O) level for Technology Secondary School (wey now KNUST Senior High School) for Kumasi, Ghana insyd wey she continue plus ein Advanced level Certificate (A level) for de Accra Workers College for Accra, Ghana insyd. She then proceed go de Ghana Institute of Journalism, wey she pursue Diploma insyd Public Relations den Advertising. Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration honor am Certified Public Accountant for 1998 insyd. She dey zuk both Certificate den Advanced Certificate for Marketing insyd, DipM, MCIM, Chartered Marketer Professional Postgraduate Diploma for Marketing insyd, all wey komot de Chartered Institute of Marketing, United Kingdom. Before Freda ein election go office as Member of parliament for 2013 insyd, na she be manageress for de Point Four Hotel for Sunyani insyd wey she sanso job plus Prison Service for 10 years. She be sports fanatic wey she be staunch believer of women dema capabilities.
