Insyd 2010, he graduate plus post graduate certificate for Public Administration. He san go get ein Master of Arts degree insyd Local Government Administration den Organization from de Institute of Local Government Studies.[5][6]

editKumah be member of de National Democratic Congress.[7] Dem vote give am as de member of parliament for Kintampo North Constituency wey dey insyd de Bono East Region of Ghana for de 2020 Ghana general elections. He win plus 33,460 votes wey dey make 62.98% for de total votes cast wey de NPP parliamentary candidate Micheal Sarkodie Baffoe get 16,499 votes wey dey make 31.05% of de total votes cast den de person wey go as Independent candidate Francis Akwasi Owusu Boateng get 0 votes.[8][9]
