editKojo-Hilton begin ein career insyd de industry working in de Technical Department of de National Theatre of Ghana. Insyd 2008, he join Roverman Productions den work on makeup transformation for de stage play Unhappy Wives, Confused Husbands, wey Uncle Ebo Whyte be de one wey write am.[6] Insyd 2013, he build de first man-made volcano for de Guinness Big Eruption Concert insyd Ghana, wey de headliner be Akon wey perform insyd transparent giant ball[7] den Big Sean, wey guest performances cam from Wizkid, Shatta Wale den Samini.[8]
He gain international recognition insyd 2014 as he dey work as scenic painter for de science fiction drama series, Sense8, wey de pipul wey write am den co-directed be creators of de Matrix trilogy, Andy Wachowski den Lana Wachowski.[9]
Insyd 2015, Kojo-Hilton dey work as scenic designer for Beast of No Nation, wey Idris Elba direct am[10] den de lead actor, Abraham Attah.
