Qualification

National Olympic Committee (NOC) fi enter maximum of two qualified athletes insyd each individual event, buh only if both of dem attain de Olympic Qualifying Time (OQT). One athlete per event fi potentially enter if dem meet de Olympic Consideration Time (OCT), anaa if de total quota of 852 athletes no be targeted. Competition format
