Tano North Municipal bi one of de six districts for Ahafo Region wey dey Ghana.[1] Originally na ebi part of de formerly den bollar Tano District for 1988, until de western part for de district wey dem split am go create Tano North District for December 2004; thus de remaining part gey ein name renamed as Tano South District. Later dem elevate am go municipal assembly status for April 2018 wey ebecome Tano North Municipal Assembly.[2] De municipality dey for de eastern part for de Ahafo Region den egey Duayaw Nkwanta as ein capital town.[3]
