She later obtain Master of Philosophy degree for Community Health den Development from University of Development Studies, Tamale from 2012 dey go 2014. Ein den Mahama Saaka publish "Patterns and determinants of essential newborn care practices in rural areas of northern Ghana" for 2014 insyd wey na edey de book recommend say make dem extend de country newborn care from medical centre go wider community.[3]

editShe be former Senior Executive Officer give Ghana Health Service for 2005. Dem appoint as de youngest mayor for Ghana give de Sagnarigu Municipality for 2017. Ova 260 mennes get similar positions for Ghana but only 36 of dem be women.[4] Na she be one of de Vice Pees of de Network for Locally Elected Women of Africa (REFELA - West Africa), wey dey seek to increase women leadership for local communities across Africa for 2019.[5][6] Before dem elect as Mayor nu, na she dey work as administrative staff wey later Public Health Officer plus de Ghana Health Service, wey she author research on women health insyd local communities.[7]
Dem san elect am as National Women Caucus President of NALAG ( National Association of Local Authorities of Ghana) from 2019 dey go 2021.[8]
As Vice-Pee of de Network of Locally Elected Women of Africa den Mayor she go eThekwini wey dey South Africa for World Congress of United Cities den Local Governments den World Summit of Local den Regional Leaders for 2019. She present for de subject of intergenerational peace den solidarity.[8] She be member of the New Patriotic Party.[9]
